Fees and Payments

we offer bulk billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. Please present your Medicare Card before each consultation.

Private Fees for non-Medicare

  • Patients without a valid Medicare card will pay a private fee
  • Telephone Consultation $50
  • Standard consultation (Item 23, up to 10 minutes) $50
  • Standard consultation (Item 23, 10- 20 minutes) $65
  • Long consultation (Item 36, 20-40 minutes) $90
  • Prolonged consultation (Item 44, 40+ minutes) $145

Insurance, employment health checks, legal reports, and other matters will be privately billed. You will be advised of any such charges before they are incurred. Please check with the receptionist when booking your appointment, Thank You

Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS, or Credit Card. All worker’s compensation and motor vehicle accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.

We offer walk-ins and appointments. Avoid long wait times by booking an appointment.

Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologize if you’re asked to wait and thank you for your patience.

Reminders

We send you recalls/reminders by SMS/mail for follow-up consultations and test results.

We are committed to preventative health and support Commonwealth and State Reminder programs. This means we may occasionally send you information by

SMS/mail on these programs such as Vaccinations and Cervical Screening.

  • If you do not want to receive these reminders, advise your Doctor, Allied Health Practitioner, or receptionist.

Test results, scripts, referrals

Book an appointment with your Doctor

  • To discuss your test results, Reception cannot give these results to you for privacy reasons
  • For referrals, letters, or repeat scripts

Transfer of medical record

To transfer your medical record to another medical practice we need:

  • An authorized request form from you or your new medical practice
  • Your signed consent and proof of identity
  • Payment of the administrative fee. You will be contacted by our team and advised of the fee
  • Up to 2 weeks to process

Health alerts

Monkeypox is a viral infection that spreads by very close contact. The situation with

Monkeypox is rapidly changing in NSW/ACT. If you feel you may be at risk of carrying

monkey pox (ie fever, fatigue, body ache, headache, rashes, suspicious skin lesions, and recent return from Europe), please do not enter the medical center. Kindly contact us by phone so that we may arrange your consultation in a safe manner, ensuring adequate infection control measures are in place.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and are seeking medical advice, please book a telehealth appointment. You may receive a call from a private number for your telehealth appointment. Please do not attend the medical center. This medical center does not provide

COVID-19 testing or Medical Clearance Certificates. Please visit www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19 for information on self-isolation rules, de-isolation, public health orders, or testing.

ANTIVIRAL MEDICATION If you have tested positive and would like to access antiviral treatment, please confirm your eligibility at https://www.health.gov.au/health-alerts/covid-19/treatments/eligibility#eligibility-for-oral- covid19-treatments

WEARING OF MASKS 

Due to the ongoing high number of COVID-19, Influenza, and other respiratory illnesses in our community, we ask all patients aged 12 and over, doctors, and staff to continue to wear masks while attending our clinic. These measures are in place to keep our clinic teams healthy and at work so we can continue to open and offer patient appointments.
